I guess what confuses me is that there's so many of these things in circulation that I can't wrap my head around the supply being so constrained that they'd be going for well above original MSRP 10 years later. With HGSS it's a little different because of the Pokewalker, but for everything else I'm shocked they consistently go for over $20 when not CIB.
Also because I kept all my old copies and so I'm only missing gen 1 (which I lost), HG (also lost), and Black and Black 2 (was no longer getting both versions at this point).
