I can confidently say I almost never liked any of the early game bird pokemon you could catch. Pidgeotto, Unfeazant, Staraptor, none of them. Talonflame at least looked cool and wasn't a dumb normal type. But Corviknight is different. It has a cool design, I like it's typing, I like how it's based on ravens because I actually like ravens and crows. It's attack stats could be better but for the most part, I actually enjoyed having one and I'm happy we got a cool and inspired bird pokemon.
