Banette is theoretically the most dangerous pokemon, given that almost everyone at some point has thrown away toys before, so it would be a pretty widespread threat. It is also probably infamous for being the most common cause of death for children and teenagers in the pokemon world.

Genesect is an altered Kabutops, an apex predator of his time that mass extincted most other Pokemon because it was gaining the ability to walk on land/lungs. He was retrofitted with armor, the blades removed, and given a canon.

At least this is how I've always seen it due to their fossil/ancient dex entries and general similar body structures and predator statuses.

Also technically Spiritomb can exist in the thousands due to War.

Not to mention Mega Banette apparently “can’t help but curse it’s own trainer”, which means one of two things;
1. Mega Banette’s cursing energy becomes so powerful, anything nearby it gets cursed if exposed for a long period of time
2. Mega Banette intentionally curses it’s trainer, seemingly for fun
