Eeveelutions by nature have limited movepool diversity. Sure you have Sylveon with access to Psyshock and Mystical Fire for coverage, but just look at everyone else.

The Defensive ones work fine though.

Make them able to learn the Pledge Moves, make new Pledge Moves for Jolteon, Espeon, Umbreon, Glaceon & Sylveon as well as combinations for those pledges. Also give them an ability that boosts their lowest stats when they're in battle with another Eeveelution.
