How do you use Wishiwashi? I get that hes so slow and frail in HP that you pretty much have to run 252HP, any more nuances?

HP and SpA, min speed. I think specs is whats run in PU but its gonna be awful outside of PU, don't expect much

Power comes first, the fact that it’s dead weight once it changes forms means you have to play it like a glass cannon. HP is still the next best thing to max out after Special Attack (attack is irrelevant, defenses already high, speed minimum because of trick room) but you don’t want to be taking hits with it whenever possible.

Scald
U-turn
Ice Beam or something.

I love Wishiwashi, but it's such a disappointing mon. The best it can do is a bulky pivot set. Switch it into something that doesn't threaten it much, like Corviknight or Cinderace, then use your free turn to punch holes in stuff or keep momentum with U-turn.
