First off, how many berries do you have? The more and rarer ones, the better because they increase the chance of getting a better grade curry beyond doing the mini games well. (You want to get Charizard for the best)
As for all the ingredients and basics of cooking, this a great guide, it's archived because they paywalled it.
http://archive.is/7tnaNFor cooking, you just need to know 2 things. Fan the fire until gets hot, but not that it covers the entire pot, the pokemon in the background should also look happy.
2nd, when stiring, if you see it sparkling, it's good, but if you see little parts splashing, it means you're doing ti to fast and should slow down.
If you're interested in doing this, send me a friend code and we can just do everything in order. I've got 300-200 of the rarer berries from raids, so we can go through a lot of the necessary ingredients. Worst case. I'll use the den time travel trick to pick up some of the rarer ingredients.
