Whoever it is is probably a student of Kurt and is hand making those Apricot balls.
They’re probably going to be involved in the apricot mechanic being added to the dlc but I’m not sure if we’re gonna get ball guy to make them for us or the person who will be heavily implied to be the one in the costume to do it

wait, apricorn's are coming back? I mean, I'm looking forward to it, a nice call back to gen 2, but why though? interesting alternative to just having a pokeball shop though, which I feel like pointy stick and blocky board needed at least to make whatever town they planted it in more interesting and someplace you'd actually wanna go back to.
