Digimon ending up as anthros is pretty rare, since they usually just turn into humans, knights or robots.
Only examples of anthro end-of-line ultimates with a dedicated line I can think of off the top of my head are wargreymon, saintgalgomon, and potentially shinegreymon miragegaogamon, or Examon X.
Most digimon just turn anthro as perfects (which nobody ever cares about), often as a transition from their animal-like adults.
