Every single VGC team has either a water absorb or a storm drain mon to counter the vish.
He could be "non existing" but he's heavily influencing the teambuilding of every single player.

Dracovish is one-dimensional, but it’s a threat that can’t be ignored. If you don’t have it’s counters it destroys your team pretty utterly.

Dracovish is decent in VGC tho. Works well in Grimmsnarl+Duraludon teams that are very popular on the ladder.

It is used in VGC, just mediocre like in singles.

The only reason people thought this broken was because of Wolfe made video pretending to think vish was broken, which just shows how little those people think for themselves. Dracozolt is actually a little better because the way hustle works with dinamax and is not predictable as hell.

In OU Seismitoad is there to keep him in check.

Less seismitoads in plah, better dracovish results. They'll keep a balance, since seismitoad doesn't do much besides laying rocks and maybe poisoning something otherwise
