To be fair, Pokkén feels like it was one of those games where the English voice cast are those random non-Japanese living in Japan like Mega Man 8, Silent Hill 2 and Arc Rise Fantasia. The ones who can't act 85% of the time but were picked for convenience.

Gameplay is already done. The voice acting comes later. Even then it's not a give or take. If they took the time of get a more expensive voice actor it's not like they suddenly wouldn't have time to make a dungeon or the game's fps wouldn't suddenly drop 1 frame.

Kid Icarus is the only NoA game with voice acting I I played and actually liked. There's a reason they let NoE dub Xenoblade 2 after NoA did X, and it's not just because X was literally set in Neo New Los Angeles.

That's wrong. Only because nintendo or game freak cannot choose talented voice actors, it doesn't mean the game doesn't need that. We have to push the devs to do their best, not avoiding to be better.

It gives more immersion and credibility to the character while they're talking. In a 3d game is a standard now, even some 2d games have voice acting or something like that. A lot of people felt strange playing sword and shield, especially in the intro and when Piers sings.

Can't agree on FE (I only like Dimitri's and Chrom's voice over the Japanese dub). However, KIU's English dub is a gem. It's almost as good as post-Persona 3 Atlus' dubs.
