Most of the stuff I've seen flagged for children is funnily enough fetishy clips from older cartoons from channels that haven't uploaded in a decade. It's kind of funny how little COPPA affected anything for how big of a stink was made about it.

And COPPA will do jack shit because YouTube has been a shitty source of income for years. YouTube has long since fucked itself over and the content creators have moved to Patreon, where they get to keep all of the money and YouTube gets none.
