It would need to be somebody old and level-headed who, while not a pokemon professor themselves, are well-versed in the behaviours of pokemon and could be considered a conservationist. They also have to be able to lull you to sleep or keep you invested with their elegant narration in equal measure.
Is there anybody in Pokemon who really fits that description?
