Support is for issues with a product, customer service etc. They give advice if you're having trouble making things work or if you need something replacing. If your order through their store fucked up or you can't get something of their brand working.
The most they can do with a bug report for a game is send it through to another department and hope it finds its way to the right people.
Nintendo likely does not have a public bug report function for customers. Most large games companies don't.
