>>42541252They're actually not that popular when you compare them to characters from franchises like Fate, Touhou, Kancolle, Granblue, Idolmaster, etc. Probably because their characters actually have even the slightest shred of a personality on top of having a sexy or cute design unlike Pokemon characters that may have a good design but thats it.
