Why nobody get the point of the Schrodinger's cat? Yo make one is as easy as giving it the right ability:
Superposition: the pokemon can be Normal Type or Ghost Type, but you don't know until the pokemon makes/receives an attack (It's an ability similar to Illusion). Outside of battle the pokemon it's Normal/Ghost.
