Pokemon Ubound (Battle Frontier Demo) if you're into competitive. It's obviously not a full game, but it has the best version of any Battle Facility in the main games. Features 6v6 Battles, Pokemon and moves up until Gen 7, including Z-Moves and Megas.
It runs on 3rd gen with several updated sprites and impressive move animations.

Someone here made an interesting Gen 2 version featuring an alternate BP system. This one was also pretty good. A little tricky to rank up but fun nonetheless. Unbound is the best I've tried though. I went in with low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Hope you enjoy.

Anyone know the one thats just Gen II or maybe even Gen III base but its basically crystal with all the pokemon in it since you cant trade regularly in emulators? I wanna play that one again.

Sacred Gold is the best I've played so far. The BW1 one is surprisingly decent as well since gym leaders tend to be non-singles

All pokemon meaning? There are hacks of almost every Gen that includes the full dex at the time, and some that expand and include mons from later gens.
I'll just start by reccomending Polished Crystal, Expert Emerald, or Altered Emerald (story changes, new locations)

Psychic Adventures. It's pretty much just Fire Red except you can fug gym leaders and the rival is May. Oh and there's some later gen pokemon added, and maybe some different encounter locations.
The sex scenes are pretty much all copy paste (except for Erika'e gym which is an orgy), but the rival scenes are unique.
