Well what I use is either Jolly or Adamant nature (I use Jolly), Pastel Veil ability (its HA is fine though if you want), with either a Expert Belt or Life Orb. Moveset that I personally is Zen Headbutt, Play Rough, High Horsepower, and most importantly Swords Dance which Rapidash finally gets this gen.
Wild Charge, Smart Strike, Megahorn, and Low Kick (if Dynamaxing) can also all be used as well and either Choice Band or Scarf sets should also work well.
My G. Rapidash puts in alot of work most of the time.
