I replayed Platinum, Heart Gold, Black and Black 2 this month. Should I replay XY/ORAS/SM/USUM in February or just watch some speedruns tomorrow that will make me remember how these games kinda suck and leave it at that?

Try some Romhacks instead. If you want a challenge, go for Drayano. I personally don't like the Hacks for giving you national mode right in the beginning, taking away from the identity of the region's fauna.
