Emerald has ditto as a postgame mon, however in Ruby and Sapphire there are no dittos. It's one of the only games without a ditto.

Gen 4 Feebas was... Feebas. It's found in a single lake in Platinum, with the same randomised tile encounter chance. At least this time you didn't need to blend Pokéblocks to evolve it, though.

Do you play anything other than pokemon? Beating Super Metroid is harder than finding Feebas and Super Metroid's fucking easy. You're confusing tedium with difficulty. In reality you're moving one tile at a time, checking each tile on your way until you find one.

I don't have too much trouble, I do dread finding a Feebas when the little battery is still working, because otherwise it's super easy if the battery is dry. Because it never changes time wise it never moves the tiles then.

I caught some feebas in Emerald very early on in hunting for them. I'm glad because I wanted to breed one to have a good nature.

Anon he's making a point, something tedious doesn't equal hard and to compare it to another game is a good way to prove it. Feebas doesn't move daily in Gen 3. You're thinking Gen 4 where it's found in one tile in a pond in Mt. Coronet that changes daily. In Gen 3 Feebas' 6 tiles on Route 119 are determined by the trendy phrase in Dewford. Once you set it, it won't change unless you mix records with another game.
