Just picked up Pokémon shield, and HO-LY FUCK is this shit awful. Between the railroading, the dialogue, the shitty Pokémon concepts and designs (those fucking new Pokémon eyes), fucking weird safety features that a 4 year old doesn’t even need (I sure as hell didn’t when I played gen 1). It’s just horrible. Gen 5 is the last generation of Pokémon games that I didn’t give up out of pure boredom and/or disgust halfway through and I’m not trolling. The community who plays the games are total cancer. Wtf happened. Am I just an old person resisting change? It can’t be that because there are legitimate ways to make these games better.

At the very least release a more challenging and non-fucking gay version of the game
