I defended the DLC as I agree its a better alternative to third versions, but I will not defend giving us Bank again for triple the price (on top of the increased price of the base games and NSO) and intentionally removing features like the GTS so they can use it as a selling point. Its bullshit

I didn't want a third version, nor did I want DLC. I wanted a complete and full game from the start, and thats how I am with all companies in the game industry.

As for the second point, that is literally creating a problem and selling a solution. That should never be praised.

So they sell it to you piecemeal so they can boost those profit margins further. This was an inevitability the moment DLC of any kind became possible.

You certainly don't know about PC gaming as a whole, besides you're still showing me one game only, yet you claim there are multiple and let's say you already showed me a complete list, fair enough. Prices drop pretty often and you can just simply wait while you play something else, sure DLC is a pain in the ass but let's compare DLC on a game like Dragon Age Inquisition and a game like Pokemon whose base price is $60 and think on the diference of work put into the game and quality overall. One last thing, the GOTY edition already includes all DLC so you don't have to play for anything extra.

I played the majority of SWSH only stopping before the League tournament and as someone who was in full support of BBND, the games are fine, but for sure rushed. Where I draw the line is people giving head to these games like it's some sort of heaven on earth masterpieces and that every genuine thing wrong with the game is going to be blocked out by morons who are just upset that people don't like their favorite video game. People would rather come to the defense of Game Freak and their incompetence than listen to the genuine concerns with things such as prices, overall replay value, and graphics from people who have seen how these games are. They're fine Pokémon games, but 2 years after games like Mario Oddysey and Breath of the Wild came out they seem hugely dissapointing, and even if you want to compare to other RPG's on Switch (Yokai Watch 4, Fire Emblem, and Xenoblade 2) at least you could justify those with the idea of the developers sticking their neck out and trying something new, building games from the ground up and trying to innovate for their franchises on a more powerful console, meanwhile Pokémon SWSH had to import maybe a couple gigabytes of data for their Switch game from the 3DS games and they still couldn't do all of that without the games looking like shit and porting all of that data, meanwhile coming up with excuses like "balance reasons, upgrades to animation, etc.", which all turned out to be fake as fuck since they went back on their word and added more old Pokémon in the game anyway after giving a hard no as their answer pretty early on (1)

Gamefreak should also patch megas into the game and allow them to dynamax so they learn how bad of an idea dynamax was.
