But does Home come with a free trial?

Home has a free version, not a free trial. And the free version is the ideal version unless you want a living dex. You need the paid version to transfer from Bank, so if you were thinking of dropping all of your Pokémon off, now the time, and then all you pay for is the $3 for Home.

And if it works like Bank, even after the sub ends, your Pokemon will be fine. Those reports of people having their mons terminates were bullshit. Bank doesn’t let you transfer in anymore after the sub ends, you can only transfer out.
