Anyone else feel turned off from pokemon now?

Not only did I look at the newer games and feel let down from the mediocre stories they provided, but seeing the fandom argue like manchildren over whether or not fucking pokemon would theoretically be acceptable, fifteen dollars for Pokemon Home is okay, and if the mangas are something worth reading makes me feel like joining pokemon just dumped into a cesspool of people who haven't matured past fourteen. Not to mention how fast fans often chimp out when you imply that their headcannon lore is wrong.

Now I'm not even sure if I wanna keep playing this game and should just move on to something else.
