I fail to see why Eiscue isn't more popular. It's a meme/joke 'mon for sure, but so what? It's one of the ones done right. Sure as hell is a lot better and more tasteful than Alolan Weezing. It's supposed to make you smile and I think it does a good job.

Actually it's probably because its head is featherless. Since the blue of its matches some parts of its body I assume its skin is that colour. Although yeah "blue from being frozen for so long" is probably the idea.

honestly one of my favorites this gen along with falinks, clobbopus and orbeetle. i just hate the fact that it's so... simple. they really could've done more with it (give it a different head based on the environment/just pure rng, make it's body not just a damn penguin, ect) but they went the laziest fucking route and it hurts the design immensely. the fact the model doesn't have the snowflakes stuck to the ice head like in the official art hurts it more as well.

It's a bastardized humanoid with useless hands, not even useful as weapons, giant leg-like appendages covered in filth and a shitty text emoji face. The whole design looks disgustingly round and smooth (eiscue also has this problem but it has enough good to make up for it and make it tolerable), with an awful texture. Furthermore, it's a stone/earth elemental which is absolutely fucking repulsive.
