Weird, out of place, blue flames are ugly and give a bad contrast. Overall the whole design is soooo simple and boring, and the only thing that is "different" is blue flame on the pants, but as I said, they're ugly.
Alolan Red on the hand also has a simple design, but it works better because his design was supposed to give the impression that he and Blue were in vacation. And like I said, he looks hot.
