Unless you have Bank free version of Home is perfectly fine. I assume people who have a problem with Home wouldn't have Bank anyways for pretty much the reasons given about Home.

It's baffling to me why people would want to defend SwSh. The kind of people who defend this act all high and mighty, like they are a voice of reason or more mature because they are satisfied with less. Unfortunately, as consumers they are only enabling GF and TPC to be greedy and get away with it. It's only going to get worst until the whole franchise is actually dead unless the consumers do something about it. I know SwSh shills are probably reading this and scoffing at such a notion. The largest franchise in the world dying? Never! Well to that I say it's happened to many large franchises over the years and Pokemon is not immune to decay.

They act like SwSh is some perfect game when its just okay-ish with optimism. The game definitely needs to be criticized and the actions of TPC of GF need to be put into question, but to act like the games are the absolute worst in the series is a stretch. Once we reach the point of "paid legendaries" (and Melmetal is already cutting it close) is when I'd say the series is dead

Because you need to catch a large number of Meltan to obtain a Melmetal. The backpack in the base game can only hold so many Pokeballs before it reaches its limit and you need to have enough coins to upgrade storage and/or buy Pokeballs if you don't want to sit at Gyms all the time. Same tactic behind "you can get this ability now through in-game currency or you can grind for two months to get it"

It's not great, especially for $60 on a home console with paid online and DLC, but it's alright/meh/okay.
At least the first half before everything falls apart and the story gets even shittier, but it's not completely unplayable buggy garbage. Just kinda bad/underwhelming/unimpressive.
