>>42613473More like the didn't finish development. There's extra form data for Rotom as well, and it only lists 1 alternate form, even though there ended up being 5. If they actually had it all done ahead of time, why wouldn't they fully implement the forms so that when you do a battle between Platinum and DP Giratina will look the same in both games, instead of appearing to be in Altered Form in DP? I don't think it's actually cut content.
