Its too much guys.
I can't support pokemon anymore. I just can't. Not because i've grown out of it, but they've just done too much.
pokemon has essentially reached the tipping point to microtransactions. for the full pokemon experience its 60 base game + 30 dlc + 16 home= 106 for one game of pokemon. add another 90 for those version exclusives and you get 196 for all the pokemon plus 20 for access to the internet and that's 216 and even then you also need home on your celphone to be able to trade. the worst part is that u could store 6k pokes on an sd card for 2 megs for free which they charged you 5 bucks for cloud which is already overpriced and now its over double.
Previously the full pokemon experience was at most 80$ with 3rd versions pushing the bill but not at all being necessary but if u did get it it was 120 which is still cheaper than the current version. Even then those games felt like they where worth it as they had expanetially more stuff to do and more stuff packed into them than sword and shield have with even more stuff to do. And even if you remove the money... i just don't feel the love anymore. i don't feel the care. i just feel like they only see me for money. so i'm hangin my hat up. How do i cope guys. it didn't used to be like this.
