It seems like Dragon may have also been cut. Still no sign of it and Dragapult V/VMAX confirmed to be Psychic-type as well.

Not as big a deal as cutting Fairies, tbqh. Adding a 2nd non-elemental type is kind of dumb, and they were doing the multi-energy gimmick just fine when they were still Colorless.

I mean the first set of XY had no Dragon-types, and the first set of Sun & Moon and SM1a combined had only 1 Dratini line. If there's no Dragons in S2 then I'll be convinced.

Yeah quite a lot of SM era sets had 0 or 1 Dragon line, especially if you look at the Japanese sets. Still, Dragapult getting 2 Psychic cards in a row concerns me.

Shitty power creep for pokemon but not enough good items to make anything really consistent except for specific pokemon fueled engines
Dumb gimmick mom that centralize the meta (tag teams being the latest ones)
Terrible bans for extended/expanded whatever it's called (Lusamine)
And overall just not hype
