I don't find them well designed, or cute, or interesting, or quirky, or anything. They just strike me as plain ugly.
The Necrozma transformations are all over the place, they are a mess. Golbat and Mothim aren't even that bad (I just don't like the faces, I'm sorry) and all the other poison and flying types at least have some redeemable quality.
M-Garchomp... idk what to tell you man. I also despise baby Pokemon that fail at being cute. Wooper and Elekid look fine, but then you have shit like Gothita and Smoochum-
