User gathers up spike hazards on the ground and shoots them at the opposing Pokemon, removing the spikes in the process. Depending on the layer amount, it hits 1-5 times. Poisons if toxic spikes. (0 damage to poison types)

imo snipe shot should be a seperate move that more pokemon learn, like kingdra. inteleons signature move being so much weaker than cinderaces is lame so heres my idea for a new inteleon signature move:

If the target switches out within 3 turns (excluding the current one), they are forced to pass their temporary stat changes onto their swapout (similar to Baton Pass). Moves such as Taunt and Torment are passed as well.
