>>42623959It's not top tier, but its not irredeemably bad either in my opinion. It's got an interesting ability and cool typing, but it desperately needs Roost and maybe Earth Power (might be too much to ask+doesn't really fit). Even as it is, it can certainly find success in the right team, but you have to build around it to some degree, and for most people that's not really worth it.
