I thought not. It's not a story Gamefreak would tell you. It's a /vp/ legend. Stantler was a 2nd generation shitmon, so weak and so usless it could use shitposting to influence the fanbase to create memes... it had such a knowledge of pure shit that it could even keep the ones cut from the National Dex from irrelevance. The National Dex cut is a pathway to many meme some consider to be unnatural. It became so powerful... the only thing it was afraid of was losing its irrelevancy, which eventually, of course, it did. Unfortunately, it taught the shitposters everything it knew, then the shitposters memed it to death. It's ironic, so irrelevant, however relevant enough to become the relevancy of irrelevancy.
