I personally am a fan of these thick lines kind of style (reminds me of the PaSwG anime) but they're WAY TOO THICC. Also Charizard eye seems a lil bit misaligned compared to its sprite. 7/10

love the line art. reminds me of old newspaper comics. some of the classic mario art hit that same style.
the dithering is a weird choice. it looks okay at certain distances, but too close or far and it doesn't give the right effect. old ink printers would use circles to accomplish much the same effect and it scaled a lot better
