How much BP is a lot of BP? Is 600 a big amount? How much do you get from the battle tower if you complete an entire bout of singles? Is it worth the time??

600 is a decent amount but not a lot farming dp in the battle tower after beating it is really slow, if you're good you can earn bp in online ranked

I'm fine. I just want to know how much BP you get in SWSH if you complete battle tower singles or doubles.

I got 600 BP from ranked battles, but I don't know whether it's a lot of BP or not.

Just did the math. You get 242 bp in rewards for beating both formats. Add the 2 bp you get for each win, and your total payout looks to be around 450.
