>>42641598The issue I have is that the Vanillite line did not need to be 3 stage. Vanilluxe has good stats, but it's an Ice type. It's found in the late-game and it just makes more sense for it to be, gameplay wise, a 2 stage mon.
Design wise it makes even more sense. Vanillish makes Vanilluxe redundant, and Vanilluxe makes Vanillish redudant. If only one of them existed, either one, the world would be better. It doesn't matter which one, Vanillite could evolve into just either of them and then stop evolving and it would be better. I would personally skip Vanillish all together, but if Vanillish had Vanilluxe stats and was the final evo then that would be nice cream too.
