Why doesn't TPCi hold Pokémon tournaments with cash prize pools? They're a multi billion dollar company richer than valve, are 2/3 independent of Nintendo, and their international branch is located outside Japan which allows them to already circumvent the no cash prize rule of Japanese laws (their tcg tournies have prize pools).
