The second phys/spec split was powercreep sure but necessary

I think it will be either Koharu or Satoshi, it has been established that Gou is getting the Pokedex fillers while Satoshi will get the strong Pokemon, but since Gengar featured in a Koharu episode she got a chance

Why should ice PUNCH be special again? What is so not-physical in a punch for it to be special?
