Weather marks and time marks obviously require the weather to be a certain condition or time to be right. No one knows if any mark condition overrides another.
One of the other marks is the fishing mark, which has a possibility of being on any wild fished mon. It must be fished up, not just has the potential to be fished.
The other mark, the Curry Connoisseur mark, is locked to Camp on any route that's not the wild area. Unsure if it applies to the Galar mines. If you cook Copperajah-tier curry in one of those routes, any Pokemon from that route has a chance of joining your camp and asking to be caught by you, either from overworld or grass encounters, unsure if fishing counts. Camp in the wild area will not attract wild Pokemon to join you. It's unsure if these can be shiny. Every Pokemon earned this way will be guaranteed to have the curry mark, unlike the fishing mark which only has a chance.
The Destiny Mark is illegal on every mon as of now. No one knows how to obtain it, if it's even possible, so it's most likely a new version of an event ribbon.
Marks are illegal on hatched and raid mons.
It hasn't been deconfirmed that you can only have one mark on a Pokemon, but after this long without evidence seems to suggest not possible.
Probably excessive for an answer but that's all the info out there on marks.
