Nope. Totem fights are the hardest thing in the series because they're the only time they actually tried to give the NPCs an advantage the player doesn't.

Dialogue is too slow even when text speed is set to fast. Too many forced tutorials and intrusive cutscenes. Ultra warp ride is more tedious than hoopa rings on oras. Black and white 2 are the best games to catch cresselia.

I just played through gen 6 and it was easy??
I only lost at the E4 because I had nothing to combat that stupid gyarados and my team was overall a bit shit. but like practically every battle was easy as because I built up my delphox into one fine boi who was all attack and constantly +10 level of competition.

other games have better leveling scale, and even some others have super abusive movesets (looking at you Evice)
proper leveling & good movesets > it gets a stat boost

Nah. Stadium series is harder. Battle Revolution is harder. Every Mystery Dungeon outside of the Wiiware ones no one gives a flying fuck about are harder. Ranger series is harder.

It is more challenging than SwooSh or X and Y, but that's not saying much.

Same, played through gen 6 and enjoyed it a lot. I destroyed that Gyarados with Freeze-Dry from Aurorus (love that bastard) but unironically he was kind of the toughest one from the E4, especially since I don't have an electric/grass type move or mon.

And don't listen to them, they mainly talk out of their asses most of the time.

The only difficult part was the Necrozma battle, and even that is made trivial with a Mimikyu with Toxic, then swapping into Tanks with Protect to cheese it out.

If you actually want to cheese Necrozma you can just use a Zoroark that's shapeshifted into something weak to Psychic.
The AI will spam Psychic moves but Zoroark will take no damage, so the illusion won't break.

Masquerain should have Timid, not Modest.
Pinsir should have Jolly, not Modest.
