Off the top of my head:
-No battle frontier
-reverts back to grid based maps
-the music remixes are objectively bad in compostion and audio quality.
-doesn't update the engine from X&Y at all, so if the game lags like shit when the 3d is on in battles or theres more than 1 pokemon on screen.
-added mega fug and the omega forms that added to power creep, but I honestly don't care since vgc is bad anyway.
-added the concept of hoopa's parallel universes which just adds such a headache to all the established pokemon canon.
>inb4 'pokemon canon'-the game's art direction is ugly, I dont dig the chibi models.
-gives you a free legendary after the 4th gym.
-experience share
-no post-game besides a shitty delta episode that lasts an hour.
-mauville city is now a headache to travel in.
-dumbed down dungeon designs from emerald, particularly granite cave, mirage tower.
-some meme translations in the water village.
And that's all my autism can muster.
