which pokemon types could be reasonably pruned, and what would you retype their pokemon to? how minimal can we get the type chart with only sensible cuts?
eg, fighting -> normal, all pokemon fight, and punching is the most normal basic possible way of fighting, there's no reason a slap or a body slam is normal but a kick or punch is fighting.
