>>42666978Interesting. If they followed this line of thinking from the beginning then I imagine Corsola, Barbaracle, Toxapex, and Pyukumuku wouldn't have been Water. Crustacean Pokemon (which technically includes Binacle) probably would've been Bug instead of Water; only Clauncher seems like it would be a good swimmer. Starmie is based on an animal that isn't good at swimming, but I think it can use its second star as a propeller (in lore).
