It’s essentially Bisharp that trades in Sucker Punch and several resistances for Ground Neutrality, better bulk, better speed, a second usable ability, parting shot, and Obstruct.
Like seriously, it surprised me that Obstagoon has better stats than Bisharp in everything besides Atk and SpA.

That's only because Gamefreak failed to balance the pokemon. It should have kept it's high defense and have low attack. What's the point of making it have the highest Sp. Attack if it's slow and frail, especially with it being a pure ghost.
