There should be limits for what a Pokemon can become in its regional form. If a typing or concept contradicts the Pokemon's name in any language (ESPECIALLY English or Japanese) then the concept should be immediately thrown out. Could you imagine ARTICuno (aka Freezer in Japan) losing its ice typing?
