What warrants what Pokémon lines get to be 100% male or 100% female? I ask because on surface level alone you'd see the Machop line and instantly think male but nope there are females in the line as well. Let's compare that to Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee who to me could be either gender but are 100% male. The same goes for female looking Pokémon lines like the Gothita line, how does something like the Hatenna warrant it being 100% female but the same logistic doesn't apply to other feminine looking Pokémon?
