As far as the patterns go the spots are the worst offenders but the wrist cuffs, leg cuffs, tail tip edge, chest fur edge, and mouth edge all need to look like they come from the same pokemon where now they're all mismatched. Pick one visual theme, like the curls on the mouth corners, and stick with it. Same with the hair. The tail is totally smooth with no fur detail, the chest is natural looking plush fur, the cheeks are solid, simplified spikes, and the crest is spindly, spiky strands. Pick a look and stick with it. Aim for a distinct silhouette too, if the hair on the head is important to the design don't have it hidden within the ear, bring it forward and bugger and taller so it's part of the silhouette. It's not badly drawn aside from that. Your head is a bit skewed, the muzzle/back of the head are almost side on but the inside of the mouth and bottom jaw at a 3/4 angle that's much more forward facing.
