Think of a couple of pokémon that fill the roles missing on your team.
All while trying to counter the meta (don't worry too much at first, you will gain more knowledge the more you play)

Everytime you lose think "how could have I played better in order to win?", try to remember this for the next matches.
Eventually you'll realize you want to change something about your team, DON'T THINK ABOUT THIS AFTER JUST 1-3 BATTLES. Changing your team over and over is a noob trap, you're not learning how to battle properly and keep blaming your team.
