Bisharp is good mainly because of sucker punch.
It's supposed to be a SD priority sweeper if you use it right.

Have you been paying attention to the thread?
OP said Bisharp is still OU despite not having knock off.
Someone else said it's because they cut half the dex.
Someone else said it was decent before half the dex was cut.
But Bisharp had knock off before half the dex was cut.
