Things like Rillaboom's arms are a point, but often times I saw them changed but nearly everything else the same, so I counted it as on-model. The same goes for Inteleon's finer details like glider shape and tongue (which I count because he's not shown with a long tongue in any official media), and Cinderace's head ornament and leg patterns. Where I stop counting is when specific traits are removed that give the pokemon their "silhouette" so to speak, like significantly thickening Inteleon's limbs, giving Cinderace any more distinctly feminine or masculine features than it has now (better defined muscle is mostly alright, but boobs and "hyper" defined glutes and abs are a no-no), and Rillaboom's things like hair and, like you said, muscle definition to a certian extent ( though I mostly focused on the legs for this one).
It really is just a personal system deeply rooted in opinion, this is probably autistic as fuck anyways and I only did it because
the Gen 8 starter trio is legit the strongest one we've had in while, probably since Gen 4 desu
